Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your Kirakuco garments into your hands as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). In fact, if all your information is correct, many orders ship in under 24 hours!

Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time. Once your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier, the transit time officially begins.

2. Transit Times

In order to offer you the best quality, maintain competitive pricing, and effectively manage our inventory, we operate through a global network of partner distribution centers.

Once your order has shipped, the average transit time to your door is:

  • Standard Shipping: 6 to 9 business days.
Note: Please keep in mind that these transit times are highly accurate estimates provided by our logistics partners. Exceptional external factors (severe weather conditions or high volume/holiday seasons) may cause slight variations.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Important: Tracking information can take 2 to 4 days to update in the carrier's system while the package moves through sorting facilities. If you don't see immediate updates, don't worry! Your package is on its way.

4. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% correct and complete (including apartment or floor numbers, if applicable). We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incomplete addresses or because the package was not claimed in time at the local post office.
